Gateway to College admissions sessions open
Students earn high school diploma and college credit
OMAHA, Neb.—Gateway to College, an innovative high school diploma completion program for students who have not been successful in traditional high school, will be conducting admissions sessions at Metropolitan Community College in January and February for the Spring quarter beginning March 7.
In addition to earning a high school diploma from their high school, students in the program also earn college credits toward an associate degree. Program advisors provide intensive services to help students achieve their goals. The program is offered free to accepted students ages 16–20 from any high school in Douglas, Sarpy, Dodge and Washington counties. MCC is the only college in Nebraska to offer the program.
Students interested in applying can attend one of the four scheduled information sessions below. All sessions are held at the Fort Omaha Campus, 5300 N. 30th St., Building 7. Reservations are required; call 402-457-2746 to reserve a spot.
